The Newport Beach Breast Center, opening in April 2020, will be led by the expertise of Gary Levine, M.D., medical director of MemorialCare Breast Centers, a nationwide leader in breast care. Richard Reitherman, M.D., medical director
of breast imaging at Orange Coast Medical Center, with over 20 years of experience in breast care, will oversee the Huntington Beach location opening summer of 2020.

Nearly 60 Years of Community Care
Edinger was among only two Orange County medical groups to be named in the top 10 percent of California medical groups for excelling at metrics proven to improve health.
The recognition shows that Edinger Medical Group patients have outstanding measures for diabetic and hypertension control, and childhood immunizations compared to others in the state. “We have been honored with statewide recognition for the quality of healthcare we have provided for the past five years. This is an honor in which we take great pride. Taking good care of our patients is our primary goal, and this award is a testament to that,” says Karen Don, M.D.
Additionally, Edinger Medical Group was recently named by the Integrated Healthcare Association as a Top 10 performer in Clinical Quality.
Edinger Medical Group is located on the campus of Orange Coast Medical Center and is accepting new patients in 2020.
